HOW DOES IT WORK:
Early every morning we are out and about sourcing the freshest seasonal flowers from the local markets around Perth.
We create a unique bunch of flowers every day, and then deliver to the southern suburbs of Perth.
A single bunch is S30, a boxed bunch is $30 and a double bunch is $50 including free delivery within Perth to the suburbs we deliver to.
By 8:30am, the bunch is up on our website, Instagram account (@franklyflowers), and Facebook for you to see as your days begins.
We take orders until 1pm, or until the bunches are sold out, and then deliver them to their lucky recipients in the afternoon. If we are sold out on the day, don’t worry: just pre-order for the next day to secure your bunch.
The posies come elegantly wrapped in either white, gold or black paper. They also include a little note card for your personalised message to the recipient.
WHAT DAYS DO WE DELIVER:
We deliver our flowers Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We will also operate on certain special days that fall on weekends, such as Mothers’ Day, but we will remind you of this in advance. If you order for delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday we will deliver your flowers the next business day. Your flowers will be delivered to all addresses by 5:30pm on the day of payment.
We will stop taking flower orders for same day delivery at 1pm Perth time, or earlier if we sell out. If you miss the cut off, you will be able to place your order to be delivered the next business day.

WHAT SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD I INCLUDE:
The more information you can give us the better!
The message you enter on the order page will be printed on a note card. Please ensure you sign off with your name so your recipient knows who their bunch of flowers is from. We will not automatically include your name on the note as some customers like to remain anonymous.
Business delivery: In addition to the name and address of the recipient (including floor level) the business name is really important (there is often more than one business located on a floor).
Residential Address: Please ensure that our flower couriers will be able to gain access to the property. If the address is within a secure building please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or alternatively specify a safe location where the flowers can be left. If our couriers cannot leave the flowers in a safe location they will be returned to our warehouse and we will need to re-send the flowers. If we need to re-send flowers, an additional $10 courier fee will be charged.
Hospital Address: Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if possible.
CAN I ORDER A BIGGER BUNCH:
Yes, you can order a larger bunch. Our single bunch is from $30 including delivery, but we also offer a beautiful double bunch, twice as many flowers, for $50 including delivery.
WHAT IF NOBODY IS HOME:
If nobody is home to receive the flowers, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for them and will always leave them in water. If you have any special delivery instructions you can let us know on the order page.
ENTERING THE WRONG ADDRESS:
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address when ordering your bunch of flowers, including the unit or apartment number if applicable. If you give us the wrong address and we are unable to deliver the bunch, we will charge you a $10 re-delivery fee to send it out again the next business day.
PROBLEMS OR ISSUES:
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you have any problems or you are not happy with our service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can do our best to make you happy!
It is important to put your flowers in fresh water as soon as possible.
Remove any greenery from stems so that no leaves will be submerged, then trim each stem so the posy fits your vase nicely.
Keep your flowers in a cool spot, away from draughts, direct sunlight, fireplaces or heaters and the fruit bowl.
Change the water and re-trim the stems every two days.
